Earlier this week, Bishop Steven spent two days visiting Amersham and Wendover deaneries.
To mark Remembrance Sunday, All Saints’ Church, Ascot Heath launched an initiative to get members of the church knitting or crocheting poppies to form a display.
Groups across Beaconsfield worked together to create 8,000 poppies which form a cascade of the remembrance flower for commemorations in the town.
Five new lay ministers from Buckinghamshire were licensed at a special service at Christ Church Cathedral on Saturday. Louise Cook, Grace Hunting, Alexander Rees, Geoffrey Strutt and Richard Smith will now be part of the ministry teams at their respective churches.
